Packaging – we use a variety of new and used plastic, paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, air bags, boxes and bags depending on the size of your purchase and where it is being posted to. Some of the used packaging will have labels, price tags, marks, advertising, brand names etc on it. Your purchased item will be safely wrapped in the very middle – please make sure that you remove all the packaging. Any problems? – Please contact us via eBay so that everyone has a record. While we try to make sure that we have done everything right on our end, sometimes there are delays or misunderstandings. We endeavour to adhere to eBays policies and their mediation process.
