Description: Please note that this is being sold as is in need of restoration and without knowledge of what restoration has or may have been done. No signature but attributed to Elizabeth Hormel which is written on back. As photographed there are specks of white paint both on the painting and on frame (throughout). There are some indentations on canvas and there may have been restoration at some point. The frame is wood and thickly painted. It may have been repainted/restored/replaced as some point. The framing holding the canvas has a patent mark of 1886. Please do view all photos and reach out with all questions prior to bidding. Please note that may be painted by Elizabeth Hormel of the Hormel Foods Company. I purchased a few pieces and one piece is marked Painted by Elizabeth Hormel of "A Lea College" which probably stands for Albert Lea College which is where Elizabeth "lizzie" taught.
