The sides are carved with Buddhas and Tibetan Lanta script.One end is carved with a double Vajra and the other end is carved with an 8 Spoke Wheel.The double Vajra is used as a symbol to promote concentraion and meditation. The 8 Spoke Wheel represents the 8 parts of the Dharma ,the 8 parts to wisdom and the end of suffering.The top of the wheel is capped with silver and the chain and weight are also of silver.
