Each plaque depicts Maiden and each Maiden represent season of the year with dress she wears. It is rare to find a complete set now a days. These sets were produced in late 19th early 20th century mostly in a form of figurines. The miniature paintings are beautifully executed, and the colours are rich and vibrant. The paintings and frames are in very good condition with expected age wear, but without any damage. Miniatures measures 3.5” x 3” - 9 x 7.7 cm; with the frame 9 1/4” x 8.5” - 23 x 21.5 cm.
