Description: ANTIQUE Colour Pair Religious Figures - Oak Framed X 2 Pictures - Aachen Germany Exceptional pair of framed religious figures from probably the late 19th century. The artist is unknown, but they were framed by M. Dejosez in Aachen, Germany. If you like Arts and Crafts, Pugin etc, then these will probably appeal to you. The pictures are in outstanding condition and make a truly beautiful pair. Please see photos for the wonderful detail on each figure. The pictures are framed in a wooden oak frame (I think this style is called 'saw tooth'), and are also in very good condition. The label for the art glazier (M.Dejosez, Aachen) is on the back of the female figure, but has been damaged on the back of the male figure's frame (see photos for details).
