I couldn't find the makers name, so I removed the plate to see if it was inside. There was a nut holding the screw in & I couldn't replace the nut with it closed. The nut is inside & I taped the screw in place so it doesn't fall out. The bakelite on receiver where I used the simichrome has a crack, the phone is dirty and metal has a few dings as shown in photos, (I did clean receiver & speaker prior to using the simichrome)*Sorry about my terrible video skills
