The sofer (or scribe) follows the Early Ashkenazi tradition and comply with rules and laws of the Ashkenazi Vellish "Kabbalah" script. It preserves extremely early scribal Ashkenazi traditions and preserves interesting textual anomalies and is also filled with Kabbalistic anomalies characteristic predominantly of early scribal traditions, which was prevalent in Germany & Poland 150+ years ago, it is prized for its beauty and its beautiful writing.
