Description: I was trying to solve a few different problems and came up with this tool to help remove the Allison transmission filter after it has already been loosened. This tool helps to cleanly remove the filter because not only is it a funnel, it also has a revisor in the bottom to hold the extra fluid that comes out when changing the filter on an Allison transmission. Simply put it over a loose filter and turn to remove the filter and the fluid will run off the filter and into the tools bottom keeping you and your shop or garage clean. Then, all you need to do is tip it back over to drain out the tool and discard the filter. ****caution***** do not use this tool when the transmission fluid is hot. PLA pluse will melt with heat. see climate notes CLIMATE NOTE: This is printed in PLA plastic which is known to warp in higher temperatures or become brittle when exposed to UV light. If your car is in a hot climate and in the sun, the high temperatures (>125℉) and direct sunlight could warp this adapter or cause it to break. This particularly applies to places like Phoenix, Southern California, etc. where temperatures regularly reach into the 100℉. An average "hot" summer day in Minnesota, or Wisconsin, or New York could also warp these if your car sits in the sun! This product is 3D printed. Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be a seam, layer lines, and/or small imperfections. Washing instructions: Hand wash only with cool, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
