You get exactly what is pictured which is (8) nylon nuts that fit a 7/16" square hole and (8) 1/4"-28 X 1-1/2" long threaded adjusters. These fit a ton of Ford models from 61-72 and may fit other years as well. These adjusters fit a ton of Ford vehicles and exhibit the factory correct zinc finish just like the factory installed and are a must for a proper restoration.
