If there is any bad weather in your area or at one of the UPS shipment routing centers, we will have to delay the shipment until it is safe to ship out. This is to ensure the well-being and health of the fish. Live Arrival Guarantee Policy:We offer a live on arrival guarantee for any fish shipped. In order to file a claim with a dead on arrival fish, you will need to send a message via eBay messages with a clear picture of the fish in the bag that clearly shows the fish deceased and a picture of the fish on the ground. A replacement fish can be arranged for any DOA fish, but you will be responsible for any associated shipping charges. Shipping charges will vary from $20-$70. We are not responsible for any delays or weather that causes late shipments as they are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping company. We have no control over this, if any fish is dead due to a delay or late shipment with shipment, we are not responsible and absolutely no refund, store credit or exchange will be given. You must be there to receive your live fish during delivery and immediately acclimate them.An exchange or store credit may only be given to the DOA fish. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.
