Description: Beautiful Venetian Style Art Glass Yellow and Orange Cat Figurinein Perfect Condition-Possibly Murano Up for sale in this auction is a pretty and super detailed Venetian style art glass cat figurine. Wonderful detail and quality. I am not an expert on glass so I did post this with a Murano group to see what their expert opinion is as far as origin. About 75% of respondents feel that it is Murano made, based on the quality of the piece, how it is finished and the symmetrical features. If it was not actually made in Murano, it was felt that it was made by someone who trained with Murano artists. Again, I can't say for sure because I haven't seen much Murano Glass before. Regardless of who made it, it's a really pretty piece.No marks or labels. It measures 4 inches tall and 2 inches wide. Primary colors are orange and yellow. Can be displayed all year long but with the colors, would be fun to use as part of a seasonal/Halloween display. Perfect for anyone who loves art glass or cats.
