Description: 3-inch payload kit for flying model rockets. This is a kit to add a payload section to your 3.0 inch diameter model rocket. Kit includes a length of 3-inch body tube approximately 7 inches long, 3-inch coupler, and a 3-inch bulkhead set. The Bulkhead has a center mark so you can drill a hole for an eye hook (not included) or you can drill two holes and tie a loop of Kevlar inside to make a soft anchor for the payload section. Use this kit to easily add a payload section to any of our 3-inch sized rockets such as the Patriot, Yellow Jacket or Hornet upscales so you can carry an altimeter or tracker, or whatever experiments you can come up with.
