It is the first Reverse Proof Morgan Dollar ever struck! The obverse features Liberty in profile, surrounded by stars, the inscription "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and “2023”. The reverse design which includes the "S" mint mark showcases a majestic eagle with outstretched wings, clutching arrows and an olive branch, accompanied by inscriptions of "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "IN GOD WE TRUST," and "ONE DOLLAR."Similarly, the 2023 Proof Peace Dollar is also struck at the San Francisco Mint, and is also the first Reverse Proof Peace Dollar ever struck. The obverse displays Liberty wearing a radiant crown, and the reverse depicts an eagle at rest holding an olive branch, above the inscription "PEACE." Additional inscriptions include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," and "ONE DOLLAR."
