This vehicle was towed in from being into a collision and the insurance decided to not pay. When the insurance won't pay or driver of vehicle, we have to file a impound lien for title of vehicle. We have completed that process and now have the title of vehicle and it's a clear Indiana Title and since we filed a impound lien the state of Indiana will no matter what brand the mileage Not Actual on title, even though its 100% true 26,526 miles. This is a very nice car, still like new minus the damage. Car was hit in right rear causing damage to right rear door and right rear quarter damage and rear bumper cover damage on side. We replaced the following to get the vehicle back to lot drive able condition, Rear Axle Beam Assembly, Right Rear Strut, Right Rear ABS Sensor, Right Rear Brake Hose Assembly, Right Rear E Brake Cable, Right Rear Spring, Right Rear Wheel, Muffler Assembly. Matching New Replacement Tire. All of these parts except for new tire were used OEM parts off a 13k mile Hyundai Elantra with matching part numbers. This car has no bags blown, no warning lights, TPMS light will go off after system can reset after driving. Other than damage from accident only spot I see not related is ding/dent on right lower rocker under fender, which is very hard to see, still has all the owner manuals, window sticker, license plate bracket for front bumper still in plastic. We have 1 Key to vehicle and vehicle fires right up and lot drives no problem. This would be a great project for at home body tech or have somebody do some pulling on that quarter door area and drive it as is. Right now, car is lot drive able and rubs a small amount in that area (not enough to damage tire) so somebody would want to trailer this home. Repairs we have made are not any final mechanical repairs and will want to have alignment and any mechanical areas inspected. We do have a reserve on this one, we have a decent size bill the insurance didn't pay plus fees from repair getting the car back to repairable standards. Good Luck Bidding!
