RETURN POLICY We check over the chair thoroughly before listing to make sure that everything is in working order so problems are rare. Because of the complications of freight shipping there really is no good way to return an electric wheelchair. If you do have problems we offer technical support and we have an extensive inventory of replacement parts. If we are not able to resolve the problem through technical support and replacement parts, we could send you a replacement chair if we have a suitable replacement.
