All of the bagged parts are sealed and unopened, but for arguments sake, I'll say it is not complete. I have included a photo of it next to a ruler so you can reference the size. This is to be considered in acceptable condition with wear including scuffs, marks, nicks, tarnishing, etc. The box has creases, folds, splits, discoloring, fading, etc. Please review the photos/listing again before purchasing.
