Description: This is a 2003 GI Joe Scarlett mini bust produced by Palisade Toys. It is a limited run of 2160, and this one is numbered 1609. The outer box is opened on the bottom, with the top still sealed (one piece of tape on the top is broken with the rest intact). Once opened, the Styrofoam packing is still taped shut, so the bust itself is unused. The outer box has some scuffing on the edges and corners, and a bit of it is peeling from the bubble on the front. See photos for details, and don't hesitate to ask us questions if needed!
