Description: Vintage 1st Lead Telluride Colorado dog harness style backpack / carry pack / saddlebags. Adjustable chest and midriff straps for a wide range of fits on Medium to Large dogs. I used this years ago on my smaller Rottweiler and it fit him well to give you an idea of size range. Generous size red canvas pouch bags both have double zips to open nice and wide, the woven black straps are strong, the metal hardware gives an easy yet secure fitting. Straps measure approximately 16" each, the center back straps are about 4.5". Nice design doesn't overheat the dog with a closed in back area. The pack measured overall across the entire thing including straps will fit between 21" and 34" in both respects. Each red pack measures approximately 10" long, 4" wide, 7" tall with 3 side zip around. It weighs about 12oz. These were used a few times for hiking and several times in the city on walks with my dog where he helped carry groceries home, quite happily I must say. They are in excellent condition, the only issue to note is the inside of the packs was lined with some sort of coating, maybe a waterproofing or something, from the manufacturer and over time it has degraded and become crackly. It doesn't effect use and you can't see it from the outside, I would guess you could stiff brush it off if it really bothered you. See photos.
