This was released in North America in 1999 by Acclaim. You will get the case, instruction manual, and back art...NO DISC IS INCLUDED. The back art and manual have slight water damage. The pages are warped a bit but can easily be heat pressed out. There are no rips or stains. None of the pages are stuck together. No damage at all except for the warping. The color is bright with no fading. I have a HUGE game collection of sealed, CIB and loose titles from NES to PS4 and I will be going through my collection gradually and selling most of it off starting with my duplicates.
