This is 1 of 2 known examples to exist of the blank back version. Pro set tried to break into the NBA license with a 5 card prototype set. They were declined and those prototypes are very rare. Even more rare, are these blank backs that were acquired by Steve Taft back in the early 90's, which is who I purchased this from. He explained to me how he has been searching for 30+ years for other samples without any luck.
