Description: I have these two sheets of postage stamps from Grenada. In 1988 Grenada issued a series of baseball stamps depicting 81 different American past and present players. There were nine stamps per sheet. In the original run Pete Rose was included as one of the players. When they reissued the stamps later in the year, Major League Baseball told them to drop the Pete Rose stamp due to his ban from MLB for gambling. In his place they simply wrote U.S Baseball series 1. Stamps were never removed from their plastic sleeve and both come with their Certificate of Authenticity. A great collectible for a baseball or stamp collector. Will ship in 1 business day with a cardboard backer.
