Description: 1971 SCHWINN BREEZE LADIES BLUE VINTAGE ROAD CRUISER BIKE COLLEGIATE RACER S5 71 Click Photos to Enlarge Description Here is an original November1971 VINTAGE (serial number is LG) ladies SCHWINN BREEZE single speed road cruiser bicycle with 26" wheels. It is in the original and very appealing RADIANT BLUE colored factory paint. If you like unique original bikes, this may be a great bike for you. With the insanely high price of gas (and the economy being bad) now is the time to ride a cool vintage bike! *This bike has a cool original design ladies frame and forks with original paint and decals, original screen chainguard, (has a dent) sweet looking SCHWINN "S" cruiser style seat, wide cruiser handlebars, Schwinn hand grips, full fenders, and more! These bikes are solid, well built bikes, made in Chicago! They are built to stand the test of time! I believe this bike to be mostly all original parts from when it was new. (see pics and be your own judge) *This bike came from a wonderful little known place in Wisconsin called Washington Island. It has spent many years having a cushy enjoyable existence.... island life! I hope you enjoy this one for many years to come! *The tires are 26x 1 3/8". They are vintage newer replacement tires and do hold air. The bike has chrome Schwinn S5 rims front and rear with a Bendix 70 rear hub. *The bike is an original SINGLE SPEED with coaster brakes. (pedal slightly backwards to stop the bike) *DIMENSIONS: The distance from the floor to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 27". The distance from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post clamp is approx 17 1/2". The center of the handlebar stem to the center of the seat post is approx 21". The bike will accommodate most any rider comfortably. The seat height is easy to adjust. *NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad for its age! The paint looks very respectable for a 50+ year old bike! LOVE original paint!!! (may have some chips scratches, etc but has survived better than many that you see) Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) If you click on any of the pics they get very large to show lots of detail. Please take a look at all pics for exact condition and email with any questions before you bid. *This appears to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. A great bike to ride on relaxing days through the park or to the beach.
