In my opinion these are the best wheels GM ever made and they look great on any truck 2 or 4 wheel drive. I have put several sets on the 67-72 trucks and they look amazing. Also can't go wrong on a square body as that is what these wheels were built for. These wheels have been hand selected from swap meets and salvage yards. They are all original GM factory wheels, may have minor dings and blemishes in the metal as most are close to 40 years old. Wheels were put on a spin balancer to make sure they weren't bent, a lot of these wide wheels I find are unfortunately bent or too rusty to restore. They check out within the .030” tolerance recommended balance for steel wheels. Then they were taken to a professional powder coating shop where they were blasted, cleaned, and then two stage powder coated in a proper rally silver color plus a UV clear. Comes with 24 1/2-20 lugnuts and new chrome valve stems. These are custom made GMC center caps. The rings are designed and sold primarly for truck rallys to accommodate the dish for the valve. Rings were bought through Ecklers or LMC and aren't a cheap plastic Chinese ring. During the powder coating process, some of the powder may bubble just a touch where the two piece wheels are welded. This is a product of the powder coating process called "off gassing". This is just an esthetic detail that most don't notice until I point it out. This does not affect the durability of the powder or clear. A thin bead of silver all weather sealer was ran around the joint to cover up the off gassing. Ships fedex ground. Thanks for looking! * This set has quite a few more dents scratches and dings than most of the typical sets that I sell in the $1500 range. This is still a decent driver quality set of rally wheels with minor imperfections that the trim ring covers some of. I have these wheels set aside to use as spares, and they accidentally got sent out to the Powder Coating. After labor, rings, and centers, I’m literally breaking even on this set of wheels. Just trying to get my money back out of this set. I picture these wheels going on a truck that a guy just wants to drive around, they’re a little too beat up on the face to be show quality wheels. I would consider these 20 foot wheels, they look good from 20 feet away, but if you get any closer, you can really see the gouges on the face of them. I know I’m over explaining the flaws, but I just don’t want someone to be disappointed if they are looking for a better quality set of wheels. I also have higher quality set of wheels for sale.
