The card is the highest graded example graded by SGC, 1/2, 2 have been graded at this tier. The Topps Venezuela cards on the PSA & SGC population reports are graded at only a fraction of what the common United States Topps cards are. The Venezuela cards were issued on a cruder cardboard and have virtually no gloss. The card has the classic Topps Venezuela black back. See photos of this amazing card.
