Description: This sale is a set of two 1943 Town Plans of Santa Cruz De Tenerife and Las Palmas & Puerto De La Luz in the Canary Islands. The included library cards describe the maps. The maps were developed by the British War Office in 1942 and war printed by the US Army in 1943. They include (Title, Size, Scale, Notes): Las Palmas & Puerto De La Luz; 30x16; 1:10,000; No issues except the library numbers.Santa Cruz De Tenerife; 32x18; 1:5,000; No issues except the library numbers.Nicer copies of these maps will not be found.
