Description: This listing is for 8 dinner plates measuring 10" in diameter, in the Medici Blue pattern by Myott Son & Co. Staffordshire of England. The Reg. # is 834633, and the number 4745 is also printed underneath. Given the registration number and the markings, these plates hail from 1939. The colors are vibrant still and the central design is in good condition on each one with just some minor paint loss. I see crazing on the front and back of each of the eight plates, two have darker crazing stains than the others. On one plate only there is a small chip under the lip edge. I see no other chips or cracks. I have another listing for a set of 9 matching 8" salad/dessert plates in the same pattern. That item number is 226435846381.
