Description: 1920s Empty Pompeian Vanishing Day Cream Aluminum Tin Made in Cleveland USA The tin is made from aluminum and has a lift off lid. The lid has relief (raised) writing which reads: Pompeian Day Cream Vanishing. The tin bottom states that it “softens and beautifies the skin, makes powder cling”. Pompeian Day Cream was launched in 1917. Diameter 2.5cms or 1". The tin is in good antique condition, with minimum wear. Please view pictures to verify condition. Still paring down my treasures.
