Description: This listing is for an ALPCA (Automobile License Plate Collectors Assn) issued book listing the colors of all license plate validation stickers for all US Plates. The years vary from as early as 1907 thru 1977 with some 1978's listed also. There are also three pages of Appendix's listed of some states with various monthly color codes. It is a valuable list for any collector. Printed by members of ALPCA, (I have been a member since the late 1970's) it has been in my collection since new and always kept in a smoke-free and climate controlled home. Everyone's opinion on condition varies. In my opinion it is in near excellent condition but it does have some cover fraying as seen in the photos. I have also shown one page of the book. Shipping is $10.00 via Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. It will be wrapped in a plastic liner and shipped in protective cardboard in the envelope. I always combine shipping whenever possible.
