I recommend using a surface primer before painting. 3D printed 1/64 scale late 1960’s/early 1970’s Imperial style demolition derby car. This is made of resin (plastic). The wheels are resin and they do NOT roll. This item would make a unique addition to a diorama. Again, the wheels do not roll so it is for display only. This item come unpainted.
