Description: This antique Chinese vase is a family heirloom depicting a peonies in a Chinese vase, with other small designs scattered on it. The maker's mark (chop) is on the bottom of the vase. Unfortunately in the mid- 1960's the vase fell and was broken in several places. It was repaired but is not perfect. Be sure to look at the photos. There are various hairline cracks visible and a chip on the underside of the rim. Even so, it's a beautiful colorful piece and would be of interest to someone who is on a budget and inspired by pre-war (pre- WWII) Chinese pottery. The vase measures approximately 13.5" tall and 7" in diameter.
