I have several lots of wipes made from upcycled flannel as well as new flannel, they both have pros and cons, upcycled flannel has already been washed many times and is super absorbent and not likely to shrink very much, but it's not quite as soft and fluffy as new flannel, while new flannel is nice and soft and fluffy, it can take several washes before they become very absorbent and they tend to shrink a little bit but not so substantially that it will affect their use. These wipes measure approximately 6 in by 9 in with tolerances of a quarter inch
